Has anyone had an authorized user under their carrier pickup an upgraded or new line made through apple that they financed or did it haha have to be the primary account holder?

You can authorize a user to pick up your iPhone. ONLY you can authorize someone else.
I'm not sure I completely understand your question. Apple sells the hardware but has nothing to do with the carrier or lines of service provided through a carrier. Can you better explain what you are asking?
Basically through the Apple Store app I entered my carrier info and added a line. I was wondering if authorized users can pick up the device as I’m getting different answers from apple saying yes and some no due to new policy that only the policy holder can pick it up
