what happen that's there no ACCOUNT on my iphone5 to click in to add e-mail acct?

I want to add e-mail acct to my iplone, but after I clicked on SETTINGS then MAIL there's ACCOUNT.

Add email account on iPhone is grayed out I have latest OS, no restrictions, adequate wifi and cell coverage, and 15 email accounts. I am unable to add an email account because it is grayed out and unable to delete any of my accounts because they are grayed. What am I missing? Thanks for any help!
