Shortcut Apps/Icons Disappearing from Homescreen

For aesthetic purposes I ended up created shortcuts to my mainly used apps to add to my Home Screen. Put down my went I went to bed and when I woke up this morning my whole first page homes creen was missing. The shortcuts I had created were no longer there and it defaulted to the second page of my home screen. This isn’t the first time it’s happened, yesterday I didn’t use my phone for about 3 hours and when it came time to use my phone the same things happened, I don’t know if it had to do with the fact that my battery was at 10%. The shortcuts I created were still in the App Library, but it’s so time consuming having to drag them from the App Library back to my Home Screen. Has anyone else had these issues? Does it have to do with the iOS16 update?
