How can I update my phone but it’s not showing up

I’m having too many troubles on my phone, when I go my game apps they just started to say iPhone storage full and I did not know what to do. Then it started that I go to general on settings and I go to software update and it did not say to download and install yet. Please help me with this iPhone problem
