Mail Inboxes separated from expandable Folders

after migrating mail from the old laptop to the new Air my expandable folders with details on trash and junk and drafts are at the bottom of the left column and the inboxes are at the top. How to move the folders now at bottom back to top with each inbox within its appropriate folder?
