Am here to upgrade my iPhone 6
This is not possible due to hardware limitations of the iPhone 6.
The best that the iPhone 6 can do is iOS 12.5.6. That is the end of the update road for that model.
If you have apps that require iOS 14, 15 or 16, you will need a newer iPhone.
