I am part of a family plan where all purchases are paid via my wife’s card, I am new to Apple.
I’ve just bought a new iPhone and would like to purchase apple care. My question is will the patments come out of my apple pay or will it come from the family share account?

Since Apple Care+ can't be shared via Family Sharing, you will have to provide a payment method for your Apple ID.

Sorry but I just set this up and the payment came from the card associated with the family sharing account and not the card linked to my apple ID.
The cover is for my phone only.
I need to change this., does anyone know how please?
