ISO 16 has disabled my cellular service. It states that the phone is unable to verify update because i am no longer connected to internet

ISO 16 has disabled my cellular service. It states that the phone is unable to verify update because i am no longer connected to internet....Can't call the help desk so what do i need to do to get this update completed? More importantly, how do i get my phone service back

Check Wi-Fi connection:

Connect to Wi-Fi on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Check the router settins, see -> Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points

If you need help with your Wi‑Fi password

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.
