Can you help me to update my iPhone 6 iOS to 13

No. The iPhone 6 can not run anything newer than ios 12.

Just go to Settings > General > Software Update. The newest update should be there. If you already upgraded to anything above iOS 13, (Like 13.1, 14, 15) the only way to go back is restore from a backup.
