App icon missing from Home Screen and App Library

I recently updated to iOS 16 on iPhone XS Max and I accidentally removed WhatsApp from my Home Screen while playing around with the various focus options.

I have searched this topic for a while online and have always found the same solution, to check the App Library but it is not there and it does not appear under the socials folder.

One would assume that the app is deleted, but when I pull down on the siri search, I can find it and it also shows “open” in the App Store. Any help at all would be appreciated!
