Ipencil with iPad convert handwrited text

I have got IPad Air 5 gen And ipencil 2

in support I see i should turn on handwriting on Apple Pencil but I dont have it.

What should I do to write e-mail by using ipencil?

iPad Air, iPadOS 15

In Settings App under Apple Pencil, tap and make sure “ONLY Draw with Apple Pencil” is toggled OFF ( gray ) and the “Scribble”feature is toggled ON ( green ).

Then this should work as expected in the Apple iOS Mail app.

I saw the problem was with language . Scribble doesnt work in Polish. After change language to english Scrible show up
