iphone freeze screen with cover

Hi guys,

I bought a refurbished iphone 12 mini and since I mounted it on the cover it often happens that the screen freezes and anything I touch does not work, except the right side button to turn off / on the screen.

if I press it twice, obviously the screen turns off, turns on again and everything works normally again until the next freeze.

the incredible thing is that the problem occurs only if I have the cover mounted (I have tried 2 different cover on amazon and it does it with both).

Is it possible that he is condemned to use the iPhone without a cover and having to be anxious that if it falls it will shatter me?

I’m that case you need to take it to Apple or an authorized repair facility to take a look at it. There may be an issue with the device (did you purchase it from an authorized reseller of Apple or Apple directly? Or did you purchase third party such as from eBay or previous owner?). This may be a continuation of whatever initially prompted it to be refurbished

It very well may just be that particular cover. Try a different one and see if you still have the issue. One that isn’t the exact same as what you’re using
