I am stuck in a loop trying to reset my apple id security questions.

I have tried every combination I can think of and nothing seems to be correct. I don't get any answers from the call center (they won't even patch me through). I have no idea what the answers might be, I chose them over ten years ago but it's weird that it doesn't match reality.

Anyway, I can't select reset my security questions, that's a dead end. No phone number for my country and I get thrown off the line if I try to call another country. No active online help I can find. Does anyone have a trick up their sleeve for me?
