You have already asked this question and received the correct answer. The answer will not change if you continue to ask the same question.

The iPhone 6 can be updated only as far as iOS 12.5.6. It is not qualified to receive any other updates other an 12.5.6.

If you need to run a higher iOS, you will need a new iPhone.
