I can’t find the Apple Watch app on my iPhone 11. How do I pair them??

if it was me then first I would search for the app Find your apps in App Library on iPhone - Apple Support

if it had been deleted then I would read Delete built-in Apple apps from the Home Screen on your iOS 14 or later or iPadOS device or Apple Watch - Apple Support and scroll down to "Restore a built-in app that you deleted"
