How do I toggle vibration with IOS16?

How do I turn vibration on for texts, Snaps, emails, etc? Ever since downloading IOS16, I don’t have the option to toggle vibration when in silent mode.

Settings>Sounds & Haptics>Play Haptics in Silent Mode.
