Strange notification thing keeps appearing on my screen?

Whenever I’m playing a rhythm game and tapping my screen consistently, this keeps popping up and I dont know how to stop it. It gets in my way and causes the game to pause for a small second everytime it appears. Does anyone know how to stop this from happening?
