its very disappoint because we buy such a expensive mobile and this the service u get after updating IOS 16. in market resalable price mobile are available and they provide a better service . this is not the first time i am facing this update issues last time it was my Iwatch . the customer service is so unprofessional they just want to get clear they ticket or task for the day. i spoke to Pretam & and Hafis customer service i cannot believe how they can talk to the customer NO empathy at all . this will be my last n final phone from APPLE . if the update will not support some phones then tell dont send us .please apple do'not make us ur experiment. APPLE sometime money is not we need it loyalty and since 3G iphone im ur customer . thank u APPLE

Thank you for ur support and guidance after below message on my phone i went to apple support service center again as in the starting they said that it a hardware issue and they cannot fix it and it was better for me to replace it . then i went to other apple support service center the staff was educated and had knowledge .as soon as he seen my mobile they said they can fix it and with in half an hour they fixed .
