The length on time your phone rings is determined by your carrier. Contact them and ask.

I think you may have answered this! Because the length of time that the song played was already set when it “mysteriously” changed a few months ago. Yep, about the same time that I changed carriers. I will take your advice and contact them. Thanks!!
