quickvoice playback error 1685348671

I'm using the QuickVoice app and recorded something important, but when I try to play it back, I receive this error: Playback Error - The operation couldn't be completed. (OSStatus error 1685348671.) The recording has 11.6 MB, but a time of 0.00. Is there any way to recover this?

Can't save QuickTime screen recordings After using CMD + SHIFT + 5 or by opening QuickTime -> File -> New Screen Recording... and pressing record, even with very short, few-second recordings, once I click the button at the top bar to stop the recording, I see a dimmed/greyed out preview in the corner, it cannot be dragged into an application, and when attempting to open it by clicking on it, I get a Quicklook window with the prohibited play sign, as shown below. Upon closing this window, I get the error: "Your screen recording can't be saved." With the description: "Error saving recording." (Incredibly helpful :/ ), which is also captured below. I have tried restarting several times, messing with save location, etc. but I can't seem to make it work. As evidenced by the fact that I'm attatching these screenshots below, the screenshot functions work, it's only the recordings that fail.

osx 13.2.1 podcasts app crashing About a week and a half ago (guessing, but it was reasonably recent), the Podcasts app on my mac started crashing. Always the same error (SIGILL with error code=0x01). I can't find any mention of others having this problem. I have reinstalled Ventura about 20 times, tried 13.1, 13.2, and 13.2.1 to no avail. This is particularly strange, since I don't see any updates to the app in this timeframe, nor any changes committed to osx or pending at all. I don't see other users reporting this, so I assume it's something about my system. The most logical step at this point might be to delete and reinstall the app, but I can't see any way to do that and all roads seem to point toward reinstalling Ventura, which isn't helping. Diagnose error message in MainStage I'm intermittently getting this error: An Audio Unit plug-in reported a problem which might cause the system to become unstable. Please quit and restart MainStage. The support article isn't very helpful, asking me to disable non-apple plugins, because the concert is big: 24 songs each with it's own patch, each patch probably having 2 or three AUs mapped to different controllers. The 3rd party plugins are almost exclusively Kontakt from NI and Analog Lab from Arturia The error is intermittent, the concert can run for ages fine and then the error occurs out of the blue. I have used aliases on several AUs that are reused throughout the concert. Why can't MainStage actually report the plugin that is causing the issue? That would seem to be the most obvious thing.
