You should be able to turn on the Messages in iCloud feature using the steps below:

1. Go to the Settings app.

2. Tap your name.

3. Tap iCloud.

4. Turn on Messages.

Are you getting an error message when you attempt to enable that feature, or are your prior messages not appearing on your new iPhone 14 Pro while that feature is enabled?
