PHOTOS
How do I get back to main screen in PHOTOS? All I see is Media Types and Albums, not RECENTS etc/
MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 12.5
See the little > when you hove the pointer over photos - click it.

Thank you for our input. I didn't see the > which was way over to the right and I had to drag the pointer from PHOTOS over to it
Yes - the fact it disappears at all is poor usability design in my opinion. You shouldn't have to move your mouse pointer to a certain position in order to see something you need to click. I've just sent feedback to Apple.
Still can't do.
On top left of screen there are words
PHOTOS
and
ALBUMS
There is no little > next to the word PHOTOS, only next to the word ALBUMS

Thanks for getting me in the right direction. The little > was way over to the right and I didn't see it the first time.
The little ">" or "v" is only supposed to appear when you hover the cursor over the word "Photos" or the space between it and where >/v would be. Still nothing when the cursor hovers there?
