About Trade in

I bought the iPhone 14 Pro Max as 
a condition of returning the 
iPhone 13 Pro.
And on September 16th 
I got a new phone.
Then will you send me a box package 
to send the old phone to??

If you traded in your 13 during the purchase process you should receive a box automatically, give it a couple of more days and if it doesn't show up call Apple.
