Lost all the notes in Notability after signing out Apple ID

Hi, today I signed out my Apple ID for some reason and I just found that almost all the notes in Notability are disappeared. However, due to my iCloud storage being full, I didn't turn on the auto-backup of Notability. Hence, I can't find the notes in iCloud storage as well. My MacBook has never logged on to Notability before, and when I tried to look up whether the notes can be downloaded to a new device, it failed as well. Another iPad of mine may have some backup on it but is not up-to-date, and now it is in another country. Could you help me with finding all my notes back? They are really important to me. Thanks!!
