I am trying to find a replacement charger for; dc-in-5v-450ma case for iPad 11 pro.

Your iPad (and if connected, a Magic Keyboard for iPad) uses the standard USB-C Power Adapter that was supplied with the iPad (20W USB PD - Power Delivery compliant).
You can use a higher rated USB Power Adapter, but the iPad will not charge any faster.
