The IMEI is the International Mobile Equipment Identity.

The IMEI is associated with the device itself, and not with the SIM or eSIM.

The use of SIM, or of eSIM, or a mix of the two, is not relevant to IMEI blacklisting.

The SIM or eSIM is not backlisted, the (entire) device is blacklisted.

I would assume both IMEI numbers are blocked meaning you won't be able to use the eSIMs.
