It might be a problem with your router, try turning it off and back on.
Also, do you have a SIM in this phone and do you have a Profile or MDM on it?
its 30gb more out of 64 gb, no I am not connected to any VPN
I have restarted my router and yes am using sim only
No change I can see same issue
