I tried to go reset my daughter at the apple store , because we were unable to figure out what apple Id was used on her ipad , i need to show proof of purchase . I think ive reached the end of proofing that its MY ipad ! My bank statement wont even show what type of purchase so i dont know how else i can proof the ipad is bought with my money
For proof of purchase and ownership, Apple generally require that the original sales invoice - that clearly shows the device serial number - is presented along with proof of identity. Bank statements will not be accepted.
