Cannot pair Omron bp7900 with iPhone 13 pro

I have followed the video and onscreen instructions step by step. I get the “Pair” confirmation and the device shows up in Bluetooth settings as connected but keep getting “Pairing Unsuccessful” on the app. I had deleted the software and reinstalled. My phone is fully updated.
