If a specific app or apps are involved… Remove the specific app and re-download from the app store.
If that fails, contact the app vendor support folks.
Contact a third-party vendor - Apple Support
If this is all apps, then load 16.0.1, and try again. Force restart. Then contact Apple Support. (That’s not us).
