Change billing for storage plan
Where do I change the billing for icloud storage? I thought it was my apple id, but that is using a different account.

My payment method is declined for iCloud subscription monthly payment (using same card for 2 years) now it’s declined so is my other card.. don’t understand what is going on cards are active for sure issue only with apple. There is not a single way to go contact them in Pakistan… what to do?
