Trade in for iPad

I want to trade in my iPad Pro 11 inch Wifi + Cellular 128 GB for iPad Pro 11 inch Wifi 256 GB variant. How to go further with this problem? I'm getting no solution to it!

I have a similar problem as you want to replace my iPad Pro 12 inches wifi for an iPad Pro 12 inch’s wifi and cellular but they said the trade in program is the only thing you can do
