As Apple's offcial app shows my device iPhone 12 mini is eligible for additional coverage until 6 Dec,2022 WHY the Customer care staff and apple service manage does not help me to buy a plan? how cany they deny by saying its not allowed for your phone?

When I click on the link, it simply open the apple "chat" or "call" option to support assistant. and when I call to apple support they refuse to provide me coverage.
