I tried connecting the hub to my MacBook but no alert was given (nor did any other device I tested it on). Several peripherals, such as a wireless mouse, wired earphones, USB sticks, etc., didn't work with the USB-A and USB-C included ports. The VGA-port has not been put to test yet, but from all these tests, the hub appears to be faulty.
The USB-C is a Charge-ONLY port on those adapters. It will not transfer data at speed.
in what way is it failing? display? USB? charging?
what are your gross symptoms?
