Peacock premium plus

Subscribed to this, open the app, select the show, the only option is to watch with premium, select the option and it takes me back to the option to subscribe to premium plus again. I’m stuck in this loop. I’ve tried updating my appletv 4K and deleted and reinstalled the peacock app.. what can I do next?

Peacock premium plus subscription change not working I uninstalled the app from my Apple TV. It still says that I have not upgraded, though my upgrade is now processed through iTunes. Peacock shows on their end that it is not changed. It also doesn’t show it is changed from premium to premium plus in the app on my Apple TV.

Peacock app will not recognize upgrade Subscribed to peacock premium plus on my Apple TV. But the app isn’t recognizing my subscription. When I go to subscribe it says already subscribed, but then it says there was a problem processing your purchase. I have logged in and out of the app. I have also deleted it and reinstalled it. I'm still stuck on the lower plan even though I'm paying for the upgrade. Help!

If you subscribed with your Apple ID then go into your account to verify the subscription tier and status. If done directly with Peacock then consult with their support.
