when I try to access msn.com it won't open and it says not secure what do I need to do to get on the site

That message might indicate you've been directed to a misconfigured load balancing server. MSN opens fine here. Reboot your router and computer, then try again.

Are you using your ISP's DNS servers? It may pay to swap to Google's servers at 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 as these may update more frequently.
