Hello Ashusunny05,
It sounds as though you're referring to the screen rotation on your iPhone, and not seeing the rotation occur in applications as expected. If so, have you verified that it's not locked using the steps listed below? If not, make sure the screen rotation isn't locked as this can impact this behavior.
"Rotate the screen on an iPhone without a Home button"
If the screen still doesn't rotate, try a different app — like Safari or Messages — which are known to work in landscape mode.
"Rotate the screen on an iPhone or iPod touch with a Home button"
If the screen still won't rotate, try another app — like Safari or Messages — which are known to work in landscape mode.
If the settings are correct and the screen isn't rotating as expected, the next step will be to restart your iPhone. While restarting is a simple step, it is very effective in resolving many issues.

Let us know how that goes!
There is definitely some sort of autorotate bug in iOS 16.02.
Some apps refuse to rotate (Facebook) whilst on others it causes a buggy display when rotated.
I have already followed all these steps still my phones auto rotate wont work in few apps like facebook or settings.
Hopefully iOS 16.1 fixes this
