Is it possible to use my balance in itunes to make a purchase in the apple store? If so, how do I do it?

If you're in a country where the combined Apple Gift Card is available(currently the USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, Austria, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, or the UK), and you're using the online Apple Store, buy the items normally. Otherwise, no.
