Coverage for stolen item

My phone was recently stolen after a fight broke out. I was wondering if it could be replaced if I’m covered with apple care ? I just bought the phone about 3 months ago & it was recently stolen yesterday night.

Stolen phone and Apple care My new iPhone 13 Pro was stolen in Barcelona recently and I didn’t purchase any additional coverage as Apple Care for the theft and lost. So can I purchase the coverage now and replace my phone? thank you

If you bought a package which says it covers theft, yes. Otherwise, no.
