Calendar Sync issues since upgrading to Outlook 2010
I recently upgraded to Outlook 2010 from Outlook 2007 and have since been unable to sync the Calendar with my iPhone. Contacts still sync fine and I am not getting any error messages. Until the upgrade to Outlook 2010 I have never had any issues.
I called Microsoft about this but they said they can’t help with iPhone issues.
When unticking the Sync Calendars with Outlook button in the info tab in iTunes I selected the option to Remove Calendars which naturally removed all appointments in the iPhone. Interestingly when I ticked Sync Calendars with Outlook again, it put the appointments back in the iPhone as they were before the upgrade to Outlook 2010. No new appointments added in Outlook since were in there.
I have tried reinstalling iTunes as described in http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1923 but this made no difference.
Any help anyone could give me would be greatly appreciated.
My iPhone software at the time this happened was 4.0.1. I have since upgraded to 4.0.2 but this has had no effect in relation to this issue.
The rest of my setup is:
Windows 7 64-bit
Office 2010 32-bit
iTunes 9.2.1
