If i have i phone 7 and i need to change it to iphone 13 pro and pay the difference

Can i change it from apple dubai store or not and is the conditions

iPhone 13 Pro was discontinued when Apple released iPhone 14 Pro. Whether the Dubai store has any, you'd have to ask them. This is a user to user only forum and we have no access to store inventories anywhere.
