3 month free trial for AppleTV on PS4

I downloaded the AppleTV app through my Playstation 4 and accessed the 3-month trial and received confirmation through my email. However, when I try to watch shows, it keeps asking me to buy the episodes. Why is this happening and what should I do?

Apple+ Subscription Not Working on TV I currently have the Apple One+ subscription and it works on my phone just fine but when I go on my TV, it keeps popping up with “accept free trial” even though I already have a subscription and it just updated today for the month of October. Is this a glitch with the new update or what? because this is very frustrating and I’m going to cancel If I can’t use the subscription on my TV. apple have apple produced material called appletv+

and they have third party movies and tv series

your 3 months subscription is only for appletv+ material
