Apple Store Page Not Found Error

Whenever I try to open up the pages that need to be logged in to proceed, it says "The page you’re looking for can’t be found."

It worked totally fine til today. I couldn't get logged in on the apple store for a few hours now and tried everything I could. (removing cookies, clear browser history, switching browsers, etc)

Would there be any way to solve this other than just waiting? if so, how??
