External Hard Drive Volume "Mount Point" Name Changed

I have an external drive that disconnected due to a USB issue, and upon reconnect, the "Mount Point" name changed. This has happened twice so the volume now has a 2 at the end of it. see attache screenshot. How do I fix this? Or should I leave it to a professional senior apple support advisor?

This is on a iMac Pro 2017

macOS still thinks the "other" drive is still valid. Reboot the Mac so macOS clears it out. FYI, the extra numbers are just temporary because macOS cannot have the same exact name multiple times within the same folder (in this case "/Volumes"). If you reboot, then those other "lost" entries will be cleared so when you connect the drive again it should show as its normal name without any added numbers.
