Update requested
What can I do if the ios16 update is stuck in “update requested”. It asked me to remove apps and I hit cancel, deleted apps, and now it won’t stop cycling out of “update requested”.

You need about 6 GB device storage and good Service & Wi-Fi.
If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.
Charge the battery > 70%.
