I’m paying for services and i’m am not able to use ICLOUD. I was not able to upload my galley pics on Icloud. It shows that icloud photos are disabeled. It’s been happening since last november ,2021. Can someome control phone like that?

My name is Namit Saini .i am unable to upload my gallery photos to Icloud. I’m paying for services and seems like i’m not getting any. Also had a discussion with representatives at Banglore center. Names are- Arundatti, Paras, Tanvi. When i try to open the Apple Support App and scheduled call. No one called me. I received a call from +6569725175. It’s been happening with me since November. Case Id - 101808231708. My apple Id is 9717907410. Please check and help me.

Is my Apple Id blocked?. When i received message from Apple on mail that i need to upload screenshot. I don’t know how come a file started to upload itself which is of 542Mb and second things is i was not able to share my screen with Apple. When i received notification of sharing it showed that lockdown mode is blocked and when i tap on it it doesn’t do anything. I don’t if someone is inside my phone or not. Just call me and tell you the whole story myself.

Nothing I have logins for have been for 5+ years…service provider, or Apple, can’t figure out what’s wrong. Service provider is about to be switched due to this nonsense. It has actually been really irritating. Glitching, freezes, won’t allow to reset, take any screen shots, volume doesn’t work up or down when this happens. Pictures deleted off phone, returning instantly after they’ve been deleted . Could be 1 at a time, or more or even 200-300 at a time. Never had these problems before. I have 2TB of iCloud storage and my phone is constantly telling me storage is full and I can’t do anything on it. I’ve uninstalled and deleted apps and it will work then. This it repeats the Baloney … I know it’s just me encountering these problems. But is it just me??
