Apple Texts, Phishing or Hacking?

I've received two weird text messages reading "Your Apple ID Code is..." text messages when I haven't requested them. The text messages have a job number with hashtag and a url. Is this simple phishing or has someone hacked into my account? Have just changed my passwords in order to be sure. Thx
