Refund

I requested a refund on an app I didn’t access (my 1 year old daughter did LOL) and it states I was refunded on 09-21-22 but that refund has not been issued to me and is not showing in my bank account. Wondering if there are any other steps for me to do.

Not yet. If it hasn't arrived after 30 days, contact your bank or the iTunes Store staff.
