Subscription payment keeps declining??

Question

Subscription payment keeps declining??

Everytime I try and subscribe to an app/ something that needs paying for I keep getting “your payment method was declined”

it’s driving me absolutely crazy, I’ve deleted my card and re added it, the info for it (billing address, name) is all correct so I don’t know what else to do
