That picture of the system crash looks like a memory problem which is reinforced by the "Volume Hash Mismatch" error message you received. I have seen several users on these forums report having their Logic Boards replaced by Apple for memory issues after receiving the "Volume Hash Mismatch" error message. Of course it is hard to be certain and each case may have a different source for the problem.

If you are going to run EtreCheck, then do so before doing anything else so we can see the currently installed software and any system log summaries which may contain clues.

You may want to run the Apple Diagnostics afterwards to see if any hardware issues are detected, however, the diagnostics won't detect a lot of hardware issues. You may also want to use a bootable Memtest86 USB stick (Intel Macs only) to check the memory as it will perform a longer more involved test than the Apple Diagnostics. Plus I have been able to identify bad memory on multiple systems with Memtest86 especially after I configure the memory test to use the "Round Robin" or "Sequential" CPU setting in Memtest86. I think those failures have been legitimate since I have run the same test on a couple other Macs without issue. At least this would confirm you should have Apple examine the laptop.

Make sure to disconnect all external devices in case one of them is causing a problem.

Kernel Panics are predominately caused by hardware faults or faulty third-party kernel extensions.

I would suspect software—

Uninstall all third party apps that are Cleaners/Optimizers/Anti-Virus/VPN

all known to cause issues on the macOS

the complete message that goes with ADP000 ought to be: "in the minuscule amount of time allotted, and the very few tests performed, no gross faults were detected."

Several of your stored panic reports say posable memory corruption, and most of the rest are page faults or access violations that indicate memory errors.

My conclusion: you have some bad RAM memory.

It is hard to tell for sure from such clipped versions of the panic logs, but several of those entries actually mention memory corruption, plus the portions of those reports don't seem to have any real pattern. Both of these things combined tend to indicate a memory issue which further reinforces our earlier suspicions.

FYI, it is always best to post the full EtreCheck report for most issues, since many times we will notice some third party apps which may be notorious for causing system issues.

Within the EtreCheck app you need to click "Share Report", then select "Copy" so it is placed into the clipboard. Then you will paste it into the "Additional Text" field here.

Always good to have confirmation on a diagnosis and I like @Grant's suggestion on wording for the diagnostic results. The only useful diagnostic is one which fails or freezes.

Just an update here :

So I completely wiped, erased memory and started the system from factory settings.

After about 5 minuets it started again resetting :/

It seems if I am doing a very simple task it is okay but as soon as I start asking for more demand it shuts down

I have used this Mac for multiple extended hours each day as a work computer since 2017 so maybe the time has come or maybe the new Logic board starting acting up again. I do want to put out there this is the 2nd logic board that was installed a year ago. Both times were about a year apart and were replaced by Apple. So given that it may be time to remember the good and part ways, we had a great run. I don't see the reasoning for paying for more repairs as I had already done so 2 times, plus Apple is only offering $160 for a trade in.

Thank you HWTech and Grant for your insight and help I appreciate your time.

Thank you for your insight!

Shortly after I posted this I received a "Volume Hash Mismatch" notification. See photos attached

After some research I then went ahead and reinstalled Mac OS (Monterey)

I am still getting the restart problem as well as the message. Is there a way I can see if Mac OS was reinstalled properly or even reinstalled at all? It kept reloading in loops when reinstalling it would show the progress bar at 28 minuets and then recycle back to the same screen about 10 times.

This Mac has a relatively new logic board installed about 1 year ago though Apple

Do you recommend I try the EtreCheck Pro or at this point should I wipe Mac entirely back to factory settings?

I ran the EtreCheckPro :

I am seeing Kernal Panics under Major Issue. Attached is the summary page and the Log Feed

How do I tell of find what application / 3rd party kernel extensions / pin point what is the cause

This thread will not let me upload the log report

"Kernel panics - This system has experienced kernel panics. This could be a sign of hardware failure"
